Why did you decide to join Xceler8?

My husband got cancer and I needed to focus on my health, and gain strength to help him fight his illness.

What was life like before you started going to Xceler8?

I wasn’t working and was stuck in a rut with no motivation.

Tell us about your goals and how you achieved them?

I reached my goals 10kg at a time. I joined boot camps and saw a dietician. I always asked for help if I needed it.

How has your life changed since achieving your fitness and/or weight loss goals?

Not only am I stronger on the outside, I have gained strength on the inside. I feel as though now I can handle anything life throws at me.

What do you love most about Xceler8?

Group fitness classes, the crèche, and the friends I have met along the way.

What advice do you have for others?

I walked into xceler8 and told them not to let me leave until I joined. Walking through the front door is the hardest part, but once you start on your journey here you will never look back! Go for it you have nothing to lose.
