Why did you become a PT?
To see the difference health and fitness can make on people's lives physically and mentally. There is nothing better than seeing someone achieve their goals with my help through hard work and commitment. I became a PT to get your results in whatever way I can.
Hobbies/Interests outside the Gym:
I have being playing basketball for 21 years. It is a huge passion of mine. I also enjoy watching sports. I love the outdoors also and camping and fishing is something I love doing. When I want to relax I love sitting down and watching a good movie or take my beautiful dog Khali to the park. Fostering puppies is also something I enjoy, and finding them forever happy homes.
My specialty is that I am always trying to learn and am willing to listen about every aspect there is to know about my profession. By doing this I am able to help people achieve any goal as each person is a special individual and should be treated that way. Whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or sports strength and conditioning, I am the personal trainer for you.

What do you have to offer as a trainer:
It's pretty simple. My clients set and reach their goals. You don't just have me for a set number of sessions a week, you have my email or number to ask about anything, anytime.
What makes you different from other PTs?
I go above and beyond to help my clients achieve their goals which includes making myself available outside of personal training sessions to assist with any questions, about health, fitness, nutrition etc. I am a huge believer in value for money. If you invest in me, I will invest my time in you to ENSURE you reach your goal.
