Ice hockey player for 8 years, + Level 1 coach

Movies, outdoors, anything competitive
Weight loss, circuit style training, functional fitness, rehab based exercise.
Playing rugby for England Colleges Under 19s (3 CAPS)

I motivate clients to achieve their goals by listening, understanding their specific needs and implementing a structured program to push them to their potential.
What makes you different from the other PTs?
I have 6 years experience in 1-2-1 coaching and have expanded my knowledge, focusing on weight loss, functional training and effective training methods. I am approachable and can hold a conversation with all walks of life.
