Where did you grow up?

Wagga Wagga

Why did you become a PT?

I grew up with Xceler8 being a massive part of my life. I was lucky enough to be trained by Kerry, Keifer and other great trainers which built a passion in myself for the benefits and results that are achievable.

Hobbies/Interests Outside the Gym:

Outside of the gym I am currently completing a Bachelor of Business, playing rugby league and looking after a sluggish Australian Bulldog named Lucy.

Fitness Interests/Specialties:

The majority of my fitness interests are from a sporting background, so training for performance and quality of movement has become a specialty. Move well, live better.

Greatest Achievement:

Personal greatest achievement is a bronze and silver medal that I won at national Athletics Carnivals in Hammer Throw. Also a Group 9 Under 18's Premiership is a massive team achievement I value being a part of.

What do you have to offer as a trainer?

As a trainer, my duty is to assist and motivate a client with specific goals and needs. The main focus has to be on the client with emphasis placed on effort, programming, nutritional guidelines and basic injury prevention.

What makes you different from other PTs?

My difference comes in attitude to training. Success comes from building a connection between a client and their training while being held accountable. Professional service, knowledge and a desire to assist.

Favourite Motivational Quote:

"Good, better, best. Never let it rest, till your good is better and your better best."
